Workout Wednesday: Full Body Track Workout

Hey lovelies!! With the weather starting to warm up I though an outdoor track workout would be perfect for today! Whether you are going by yourself, your spouse, or your girl friends, this workout is perfect for any warm spring/summer day!

Warm up:

  • Jog or walk 1 lap

Cardio:

  • Run 1 lap at 85% effort

  • Rest 30 seconds

  • Sprint 100 yards, walk 100 yards 2X

  • Run 1 lap at 85% effort

  • Rest 30 seconds

  • Sprint 100 yards, walk 100 yards 2X

Strength:

  • Push-ups 12x

  • Mtn. Climbers 12x

  • Lunge walk 20yds down and back

  • Ab bike 12x

  • COMPLETE 3X THROUGH

Cool Down:

  • Jog or walk 1 lap
