Hi ladies! This week I am sharing with you a leg workout that you can do from home! Whether you are short on timed can’t get to the gym or you want the freedom to do it anywhere, this workout is for you!

Circuit 1: Complete 4 rounds

  • Air squats 15

  • Calf raises 25

  • Side lunges 15 (each side)

  • Gluten bridge 20

Circuit 2: Complete 4 rounds

  • Reverse lunges 15 (each side)

  • Squat jumps 15

  • Curtsey lunges 15 (each side)

  • Wall sit 1 minute
