Ab Burnout

Hey babes! Today I’m coming to you from the beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii! I hope you all are doing well (and a little less sunburned than I am!! haha). Iv’e got a killer ab burnout for you guys today!

Try to get through this circuit 2x with as little rest as possible:

  • 25 v-ups

  • 25 single leg alternating v-ups

  • 25 straight leg sit ups

  • 25 russian twists

  • 25 toe touches

  • 25 bicycles

  • 25 leg lifts

  • 25 penguins

  • 25 in n outs

  • 30 second plank
