HIIT Workout

Hey babes! Here is an awesome HIIT workout that you can do anywhere anytime! This workout is short and sweet (and by sweet I mean you are guarenteed to get nice and sweaty)!

  1. Jumping jacks

  2. Push-ups

  3. Burpees

  4. Air squats

  5. High knees

  6. Ab bike

  7. Squat jumps

  8. Reverse lunges

Complete each exercise for 45 seconds followed by a 15 second rest. Complete the whole circuit twice for a 16 minute full body workout.
