Workout Wednesday

Hi babes! I hope you are doing wonderful! I have been sick the past couple of days so I have been doing some home workouts or taking rest days. Here is one of the quick full body workouts I did the other day. This workout is great for anyone-beginners, if your coming back from being sick, or even if you are more advanced- and you don’t need any equipment to do it! Here we go!

5 rounds at a comfortable pace (or if you are more advanced- with as little rest as possible):

  • 50 jumping jacks

  • 15 push-ups

  • 12 each side reverse lunges

  • 20 each side ab bike

  • 20 air squats
