Cardio and Core

Hi babes!  One of my favorite things to do lately has been to add some cardio into my core workouts.  Keeping my heart rate up has made the core exercises so much more challenging!  Try out this cardio and core workout to work on those abs while getting your sweat on!

45 seconds on 15 seconds off:

  • jumping jacks
  • ab bike
  • squat jumps
  • plank
  • high knees
  • leg raises
  • lunge jumps
  • russian twist

Complete three times through with as little rest as possible in between sets.  Good luck!!
