Workout Wednesday

Hi babes! I hope this post finds you well!  Today I am sharing a full body workout that will be sure to get you sweating!  All you need is your own sexy self, so put your workout gear on and get to work!!

Do each circuit for 10 minutes completing as many rounds as possible with as little rest as possible.  Complete each circuit once or do an extra round if you are up for the challenge!  Good luck!!

Circuit 1:

  • Lunge jumps
  • Ab bike
  • Air squats
  • Jumping jacks

Circuit 2:

  • Squat jumps
  • Push-ups
  • Plank
  • High knees
