It's Wednesday!!  And to be honest, I feel a little bit selfish about this post, because I really needed it for myself this week.  When I write my posts my only goal is that it helps someone, even if it's just one person.  And today's post has helped me a lot this week.  Hopefully it will hit home with some of you too!

Here are some of my favorite ways to de-stress:

1. Sweat: Probably my favorite...never underestimate the power of a good sweat

2. Take a bath (or a shower):  There is something so refreshing about taking a hot bath

3. Take a nap: Sometimes taking a nap is the best thing to do...

4. Watch a movie: I don't know about you guys, but I love watching movies.  Pulling up one of my favorite movies (often Disney haha) is one of my favorite ways to de-stress

5. Meditate:  It's so good to clear your mind so you can think things through better
