25 Minute Full Body Workout

It is time to get your sweat on!!  Here is an at home full body workout that will get your day off to the right start!  It requires no equipment (and its only 25 minutes) so let's get to work!

 

Circuit 1: 45 seconds on 15 seconds rest

  • Squat jumps
  • Push-ups
  • Ab bike

Repeat 2x back to back then immediately into...

  • Burpees
  • Shoulder taps
  • Russian Twist

Repeat 2x back to back then take a 1 minute rest.

 

Circuit 2: 45 seconds on 15 seconds rest

  • Lunge jumps
  • Tricep pushups
  • Plank

Repeat 2x back to back then immediately into...

  • Jumping jacks
  • Side step pushups
  • Leg raises

 

Ant there you have it!  Don't underestimate the power of short workouts!  When you are low on time HIIT workouts are a great way to get your sweat in for the day!  And remember... a short workout is better than no workout at all!
