Happy hump day!  What a beautiful day!  We are so beyond blessed!  

Today I am sharing with you one of the HIIT workouts I did while in Belize.  HIIT workouts are so great for burning a lot of calories in a little time! Lace up those shoes and get ready to sweat!

45 seconds on 15 seconds off

And there you have it!  26 minutes, no equipment needed, but be ready to sweat!  This is a good one!!
