Hi babes!! Happy Wednesday! How is it already December?? Gosh, this year has gone by so fast!
With it being December... let’s talk about goals. I know it’s tradition to wait until January to start creating your new habits and working towards your new goals... but why wait until January?? Why not start now? I get that it’s a new year, a fresh start, and a clean slate... but what’s the harm in starting a few weeks early??
The easiest way to make and keep new habits/work towards you goals is to make little changes every day. Little changes and much easier to keep up with than trying to make drastic changes that aren’t very realistic.
So, lets start TODAY. Yes, today, not tomorrow, not next week, not in January, TODAY. Pick one or two little things you can do every day that will bring you closer to your goals. Then when January rolls along imagine how much further along you will be AND how much easier it will be to keep up with your goals (because you have already been doing them for almost a month)! Don’t feel like you have to wait for the right time to start reaching for your goals (because to be honest, there will never really be a right time…you will never truly feel fully prepared), but start anyways!
Let’s commit to sticking with working towards our goals. I am sure we have all made New Year’s resolutions that have gone full force in January and by March you don’t even remember what they were. But that it not going to be us, not this time! Making good habits and working to our goals should be part of our lifestyle- that is how you are going to be able to keep up with them (and not just for this year, but forever). That’s why starting TODAY, we are going to implement one or two small changes in our daily lives…because it is not just about keeping our new years resolutions, its about living our best lives (and that starts with what you do today)!
