Legs for days...

Hello!! I seriously feel like it has been forever!!  We got back from Mexico on Tuesday and things have been so crazy since then that I have not had a chance to write!  Is it just me, or should does anyone else feel like there be an extra day when you get back from vacation to catch up on things and take a nap before you get back to real life???

Jon always teases me on how much I love to train legs and in return I always tease him for never training legs!! Even though he just teases me...its true, I LOVVVVEEEEE training legs!  Nothing feels better than waking up the next morning barely being able to crawl out of bed and knowing you are that much stronger today that you were yesterday (call me crazy?!?!)  The best leg days are the ones where your legs feel like jello when you walk down the stairs after your workout. So, in honor of my favorite day, I have created a killer leg day workout for you guys to try!  Let me know how it goes!!

1. 

Bulgarian split squat (8 reps each side)

Lunge jumps (till failure!)

REPEAT 2 MORE TIMES! (for a total of 3 sets)

2. 

DB deadlift  (12 reps)

Weighted squat jumps  (till failure!)

REPEAT 2 MORE TIMES!

3. 

Weighted step ups (10 each side)

Single leg squats  (10 each side)

Air squats (till failure!)

REPEAT 2 MORE TIMES!

4. 

SL hip lift (10 each leg)

Sumo squat  (12 reps)

Sled push  (till fair!)

REPEAT 2 MORE TIMES!
